The Role:

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and facilitate workshops with a diverse range of stakeholders to define scenario-based problem statements and ideate solutions for health and aged care services.
• Engage with Department members, support organisations, and external stakeholders to ensure broad input and collaboration during workshops.
• Collaborate with service designers to translate workshop inputs into key outcomes informing development of high-level and detailed business requirements by Business Analysts.
• Support product owner and product manager to translate workshop inputs into Executive briefs

• Collaborate with scrum master to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Business Design and System Sprints to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams environment.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable outcomes.
• Familiar with human centered design thinking and service design methodologies.
• Familiar with agile project management skills.
• Experience with facilitation tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Previous experience in the health and aged care sector is advantageous.
