The ITSM Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the delivery of the service management governance and processes to ensure technology services are delivered in a standard and consistent manner to meet service level obligations and business needs, while managing risk, auditability and compliance.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • ITIL Foundation Service Management certification
  • Oversee and manage Service Management and Service Delivery ITIL functions and processes (Event, Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, Availability, Knowledge, etc.).
  • Coordinate the delivery of service provider reporting and governance forums, ensuring their effectiveness.
  • Provide performance data to relevant business units for operational and executive reporting.
  • Measure and manage Service Provider performance against SLAs as per contractual obligations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to prioritize and resolve issues meeting business needs.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities.
  • Excellent Analytical & Communications skills.
