About the role:

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, Group Services this is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact as a P&C Adviser for our dynamic Technology and Digital teams. Working closely with leaders and employees you will provide operational support and advice across the complete employee lifecycle, including talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, culture, and employee relations. You will also have the opportunity to work on key P&C initiatives and people solutions to power our ambitious growth plans.

As our P&C Adviser, you’ll

Be a trusted advisor, providing solution-oriented HR guidance and insights that directly shape the employee experience.Execute the Technology and Digital people plan, aligning your initiatives with the broader P&C strategy.Partner with leaders to define and achieve people-focussed objectives, including performance management and talent development.Resolve employee grievances and employee relations matters with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

Degree or in Human Resource Management or related field, with some experience in business partnering.Solid track record providing HR advisory services, ideally supporting technology or digital teams.Developing professional with the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR tasks and navigate ambiguity.Capable of supporting engagement, talent management, employment relations, and leadership development initiatives.Ability to build productive partnerships, engage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively within a team.
