**We are looking for a Bookkeeping and Administration Assistant to join our fast-paced, dynamic team to provide bookkeeping services and general administrative assistance to the Directors & Field Technicians.
This part-time role requires expertise in bookkeeping, specifically experience using XERO. Knowledge of SIMPRO is an advantage but not necessary.

This role will primarily be based on-site at West Gosford, with the opportunity for some work from home. The initial training for the position will take place on-site in West Gosford.

**Requirements**:
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Manage weekly payroll, including processing employee salaries and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure accurate financial transaction recording and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and lodge BAS (Business Activity Statement), IAS (Instalment Activity Statement), and PAYG (Pay As You Go) with the ATO (Australian Taxation Office) in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage Superannuation payments, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate recording of contributions.
- Process month-end procedures and assist with financial reporting, providing necessary information to the Accountant.
- Process invoices and quotes, ensuring they are accurately coded to their budgeted location within the general ledgers.
- Generate purchase orders and invoices, maintaining proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Provide general office administration support, including managing stationery supplies, coordinating with cleaners, liaising with building management, procuring necessary supplies, and maintaining assets and equipment.
