We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our Salesforce instance, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, who is ready to take on the challenges of leading the development, testing, and deployment of user stories while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

All about the role:

In this role, we're counting on you to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Handle and prioritise support requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead the development, testing and deployment of all upcoming user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Hold certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer 1, and additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder , Platform Developer 2) will be a strong advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, sharing settings, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Experience in customisation & development of SF applications using Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
