Pro AV Solutions has a position available in their VIC office for a Senior Solutions Architect. The successful candidate will require drive and determination, take pride in their work, have strong communication skills and enjoy working both autonomously as well as part of a team, and embody desirable leadership qualities. 

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within a Technology Industry, with AV strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and design
  • A strong understanding of networking technologies like Dante and multicasting and their applications to network based AV systems
  • A strong understanding of unified communications systems and requirements for deployment onto enterprise level networks
  • The ability to liaise with enterprise level customers and key technical stakeholders to coordinate systems and designs especially in relation to converged networks
  • Methodical documentation and preparation of tenders, quotations and scope of works in response to customer quotation requests and Tenders
  • Site attendance to assist in acquiring customer information and requirements to enable successful AV systems design and quotation
  • An understanding of AV System Designs and Technical Drawings would be highly desirable.
  • Innovation, strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Willingness to learn and hone skills by attending various training sessions
  • Outstanding communication skills, sound business acumen and strong understanding of business ethics and culture
  • A good understanding of service level agreement and licensed based software sales preferred

The successful candidate will form part of our skilled in-house Engineering Team and will enjoy assisting team members to develop professionally in their field. You will provide technical support and product knowledge to our internal sales and projects teams and to our external customers.
