About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of ourbrand working across multiple channels. This position will be basedat our head office in Warwick Farm.

You'll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety ofCustomer issues using empathy, understanding and problem-solving.

To be successful in this role you need to have previous CustomerService Skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positiveoutlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm underpressure.

The role will involve the following:

Handling inbound telephone calls and on-line serviceappointment enquiriesCreating service appointments for customers in ourdatabaseMonitor and action all activity in our department'smailboxManaging outbound calls and SMS to customersLiaising with our service and sales teams to assist ourcustomers

The successful candidate will need thefollowing:

Exceptional communication skills and telephone mannerProven Customer Service experienceAbility to multi-task and have a high attention to detailAbility to communicate with a diverse range of peopleAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism whenspeaking with customersPossess a positive attitudeHigh level of organisation skillsAbility to work closely in a busy team environment
