About the Role:

Our Customer Sales Consultants are responsiblefor assisting with all online and phone sales enquiries.

The role will involve the following:

Action inbound internet and phone leads within reasonable timeframesAct as the first point of contact with our customer, whileproviding exceptional customer service and understanding ourcustomer's needsFollow up and frequent communication with your customer wherenecessaryUse of CRM systems to enter customer details and pass enquiriesto respective sales departmentsBuild and maintain relationships with departments acrossmultiple franchises, locations and areas of the business

About you:

Desire to meet objectives and reach new heightsAbility to multi-task in a fast pace environmentExperience handling high volumes of customer enquiries andtargetsExceptional communication skills and telephone mannerStrong computer literacy including internet and socialmediaPossess a positive attitudeCapable of working independently but also able to workeffectively within a teamFull training providedAbility to work weekends, public holidays on a rotatingroster
