Your role as an Officer Supply will involve:

  • Oversee procurement, storage, and issuing of goods, ensuring adherence to Inventory Management principles
  • Manage daily stock operations including review, ordering, receipt, put-away, picking, issuing, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, location verifications, and movement reviews, and raise Purchase Orders as per company policies
  • Operate forklifts for loading/unloading vehicles, manage stock receivals, and ensure site-to-site inventory transfers with first-in first-out rotation
  • Ensure safe storage of chemicals and dangerous goods, participate in annual stock takes, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards

Experience:

  • Valid LF (forklift) High Risk Work License
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong time management ability
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
