**Your role as an Officer Supply will involve**:

- Ensure Inventory Management principles are followed in the procurement, management, storage and issuing of goods, and balance this with the needs of end users at all warehouse locations, both on-site and off-site
- Responsible for the daily review, ordering, receipt, put-away, picking, issuing, and housekeeping of all stock, ensuring the appropriate stock levels, min/max and safety stock is always available
- Complete regular cycle counts, location verifications, and movement reviews
- Raise Purchase Orders for all required materials, consumables and equipment, in-line with Company policies and requirements
- Forklift operation to unload and load all vehicles of incoming and outgoing orders, and ad hoc materials or equipment deliveries
- Stock receivals, including unload, check, put away, and receipt into the site ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365)
- Site-to-site inventory transfers to manage storage capacity whilst ensuring a strict FIFO (first-in, first out) stock rotation practice is in place
- Acknowledge, pick, prepare and deliver orders to all internal and external Customers
- Ensure DIFOT (delivered in full, on-time) to all internal Department’s by delivering accurate stock requisitions in a timely manner
- Store all chemicals and dangerous goods in a safe and responsible manner, complying at all times with legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures
- Full participation in all annual Group Stocktake activities, including weekend work and after hours work as required
- Maintain housekeeping of internal and external warehouse sites, in a safe, orderly, clean, and tidy condition always
- Ensure the health and safety of yourself and all other workers. Identify and maintain safe work practices, as well as completing all required safety training, processes and KPI’s, including but not limited to Pre-Starts, JSEA’s, SOS’s and Take 5’s

**EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Valid LF (forklift) High Risk Work License
- Valid automatic C Class driver’s License
- High level of attention to detail, with a willingness to learn
- Desire to contribute to a collaborative team
