Role and Responsibilities: Digital BA (AEM)

  • Digital BA as Core skills
  • Capability to lead the squad/delivery as Delivery Lead.
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is beneficial.
  • Can identify and engage appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to understand business needs and elicit requirements.
  • Is an expert communicator who supports the Delivery Manager and actively participates in Agile ceremonies.
  • Is confident and experienced leading requirements and workshops with various stakeholders and their squad.
  • Is confident in documenting technical requirements and working with various technical teams.
  • Is an expert at defining the requirements (functional and non-functional) in both structured and Agile methods.
  • Is an expert collaborating with Squad members such as Designers, Solution Architects, Developers, Testers and DPMs
  • Is a seasoned and passionate agile expert who can influence and reach common ground with stakeholders.
  • Is a natural problem solver, analytical mind, and out-of-the-box thinker who can always find opportunities from challenges.
  • Is highly organised and reliable with an eye for detail.
  • Is proactive, positive, and solution-oriented innovator with the customer (CX) & user experience (UX) front of mind.
  • Is experienced in using JIRA and Confluence to manage both the requirement and delivery lifecycle.
  • Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Can lead, mentor, and provide peer support to team members and peers.
  • Promotes the agile Mindset and Behaviors with Agile teams.
  • 3 days in the office (Tue & Wed mandatory)

Job description: AD Business Analyst

  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements to support the strategy and goals of the remediation.
  • Engage stakeholders and apply a structured approach for the collection, documentation and analysis of business needs and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate stakeholders are included in the development of business and technical requirements, including facilitating relevant workshops, meetings, working groups, etc.
  • Influence the business on what remedial activities should be prioritised based on risk buy down.
  • Work with AD engineers to capture impact to people, process and technologies.
  • Raise changes in all environments to aid the technical remediation of focused items.
  • Define System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
  • Developing high-quality documentation, such as business requirement documents.
  • Create training material such as user guides.

What success looks like;

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft applications Azure, Teams, O365, Active Directory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and perform testing in the lower environments to gain an understanding of a process
  • Enterprise scale project experience.
