About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead rail infrastructure projects in Regional NSW (Moss Vale and Goulburn).
This role will focus on managing track and signalling construction, ensuring project delivery aligns with ARTC safeworking requirements. You’ll play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Managing a team of Engineers and Supervisors to deliver project objectives
- Overseeing Subcontractor packages for signalling and track construction.
- Ensuring compliance with ARTC safe working network rules and managing track/signalling interfaces.
- Applying a technical understanding of signalling works to support project delivery.
- Preparing and managing commercial documentation, including variations and notices.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met and the scope of works delivered on time and within budget.
- Building and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing project team.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Proven Project Management experience within rail infrastructure.
- ARTC project experience is considered essential.
- Strong knowledge of track and signalling works, including safe working rules.
- Ability to manage remote project sites and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in contract management and preparation of commercial documentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work remotely in Regional NSW (LAFHA provided).
