Quality Specialist

As the Quality Assurance Lead at Moss Vale Concrete Products (MVCP), you will play a critical role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards of our products and services. Reporting to the Owners, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to drive continuous quality improvement across our operations. This individual contributor role demands professional expertise, independent decision-making, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Elevate quality standards: Drive the establishment and maintenance of top-tier quality standards for our products and services.
- Assist in empowering teams for excellence: Spearhead employee engagement initiatives to enhance quality.
- Rigorous quality evaluation: Administer and uphold stringent policies and procedures to rigorously assess the quality of our products, materials, and processes.
- Compliance mastery: Ensure unwavering adherence to standards and regulations and any benchmarks set.
- Provide continuous improvement leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

- Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in quality assurance and quality management.
- Professional knowledge gained through substantial work experience in manufacturing quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Persuasive communication and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $57,461.82 - $131,172.53 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
