The Senior Clinical Trial Administrator (Sr. CTA) is an integral part of the Clinical Project Team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical research projects. This role requires a high level of responsibility commensurate with experience, contributing to project success through effective communication, meticulous documentation, and administrative support. The Sr. CTA will adhere to company SOPs and regulatory standards while performing various study-related tasks to ensure the timely production of high-quality clinical data.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Document and track study activities using relevant forms, tools, and project management systems.

Assist in the preparation of study and site-specific materials in compliance with SOPs.

Attend sponsor/external or internal teleconferences, completing minute taking and documentation as required.

Maintain tracking systems/spreadsheets for study supplies and the Project Directory.

Provide support for Investigator Meetings and track meeting attendees.

Maintain Trial Master File documentation within the appropriate platform and participate in TMF QC.

Coordinate with vendors for study conduct, including printing study materials and arranging shipments.

Prepare and ship supplies to sites pre-SIV, generating reports as needed.

Reconcile data with the CTMS and facilitate general communications to sponsors, sites, and internal team members.

Train and mentor less experienced Clinical Trial Administrators.

Serve as Lead CTA on projects, providing guidance and task delegation.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

Diploma – Associate degree or equivalent; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.

Minimum two (2-3) years administrative experience or equivalent training/experience.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

NOTE: For this role you will need to be able to work 4 days a week from the office based in Sydney
