Ventia have a newly created position for a Business Development Manager - Housing and Community (Cleaning) and will be responsible for growth in the Housing and Communities portfolio by developing a meaningful pipeline and increasing Work In Hand for the Sector.

The role will have a critical role to play in growth of Housing and Communities, including cleaning through execution of opportunities aligned with the sector strategy.
 

We are also seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with experience in Hospitals and facilities management to grow our Health portfolio.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross Business Unit collaboration and alignment to identify and pursue ‘Whole of Ventia’ opportunities, maximise cross sell opportunities
  • Maximise Ventia’s work in hand for Housing and Community
  • Develop a strategy for executing growth in Ventia’s cleaning services
  • Build relationships with key current and future clients to develop the Ventia value proposition
  • Manage targets actively through Ventia’s sales systems and processes
  • Responsible for Housing and Community Account Plans
     

About You
You will have extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with demonstrated relationships and experience to win large scale commercial and government tenders.
 

You will also possess:

  • Significant experience in tender processes and high impact negotiations
  • Previous experience in clean as a service valued
  • Strongly geared towards value creation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
