Role ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve sales targets within the education sector.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with the company's goals and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth through existing and new channel partners.
- Monitor partner performance and take proactive steps to address underperformance.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with channel partners to meet sales targets.
Partner Enablement:
- Provide training and resources to channel partners to help them effectively sell the company’s educational products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events that support partner sales efforts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on channel strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Required skills/experience/qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in EMEA channel management, sales, or business development, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
- Experience working with educational institutions, resellers, distributors, and other channel partners.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the education market and corporate training sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
