Job Description

Accelerate your career in customer service and healthcare by joining the Kieser team as their new Client Advisor.  

Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service making it the ideal role for someone who is bubbly, confident and thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment.  

As a Client Advisor you will:   

  • Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care 
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences 
  • Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary   
  • Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments)  
  • Promote Kieser’s services  
  • Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic   
  • Be the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and team members.   

The successful applicant with ideally possess: 

  • Energetic, friendly and positive personality 
  • Has an outgoing personality with an A+ attitude 
  • Displays exceptional customer service and an eye for detail 
  • Outstanding sales and communication skills

Qualifications

Desirable

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience 

Required

  • Valid working rights in Australia  
  • First Aid &CPR Certification 
  • National Police Check 

Additional Information

  • Ongoing role 
  • Client Advisor shift timesin clinic are between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 7pm and 7am – 3pm Saturdays
