Hey there We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Digital Designer to join our dynamic team on a part-time contract for 3-4 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-profile non-profit client in the health sector on a meaningful website redevelopment project. At Evolution 7, we pride ourselves on creating human-centered, purposeful, and intuitive digital experiences, and we need your expertise to bring this project to life.

As an experienced and senior designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, user-centered digital experiences that resonate deeply with users.  Integral to our design philosophy is the ability to not just produce stunning visual designs, but to articulate the reasons behind your work and the design intent. Your energy and passion for design will inspire others and drive the essence of our projects.

Your role will involve conceptualizing and crafting beautiful, intuitive design solutions while working closely with our technical, strategic, and project management teams. You'll be responsible for delivering best practice UX/UI from wireframes to visual screen layouts, ensuring that every design decision aligns with the project’s goals and the client’s vision. Your ability to communicate design intent and rationale will be key to successfully collaborating with clients and inspiring your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire with your passion, creativity, and love of design.
  • Conceptualize and create beautiful, innovative design solutions.
  • Craft best practice user experiences including wireframes, concepts, and user flows
  • Collaborate closely with technical, strategic, and project management teams.
  • Work on a variety of digital projects, including websites, microsites, and more.
  • Liaise directly with clients, articulating and responding to their needs effectively.
  • Proactively contribute to the ongoing development and process improvement.
  • Share ideas, be passionate, and inspire your colleagues.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design.
  • Passionate about digital design and user experience.
  • Exceptional design skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Expert skills in Figma and other digital design tools.
  • Expert typography, design, and color handling skills.
  • Demonstrated range of styles and briefs in your portfolio.
  • Proven track record in creating top-level commercial work.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
