**WHO ARE YOU?
You are a passionate UX/UI designer with the heart of a super talented creative. You love to see a brand come to life in the digital space and appreciate the joy that micro interactions can bring. You advocate for the user, putting yourself in their shoes to create exceptional experiences that satisfy their needs.

You have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role at a consultancy or digital agency, and have an impressive portfolio of project work.

You are super organised and reliable, with an eye for detail and strong communication skills. You enjoy collaborating with other team members in a fast-paced environment to ensure the projects you work on deliver the best possible outcome for our clients. You are highly motivated and keen to help us build out a strong and talented creative team and service offering.

**WHAT’S THE ROLE?
The UX/UI Designer contributes to, and at times leads, experience design projects from pitch to delivery including - UX design, UI concepts, UI systems, digital assets, artefact development and presentation, with occasional research, synthesis, and experience development oversight.

This role sits within the Solution Design team and reports to the Head of Experience Design.

**Your key responsibilities include:
- Designs digital experiences and assets that meet the needs of the end user whilst also delivering on the imperatives/goals of the client - all within the constraints of the project scope and technical environment.
- Accountable for the independent delivery of assigned tasks and/or projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Accountable for understanding, interpreting, documenting, and presenting the needs and challenges of end-users by conducting various types of research, synthesizing the results and then translating it into valuable insights that are presented in a language/format that is tailored to the specific audience.
- Represent the XD team and service offerings in client meetings and workshops. Contribute creative visuals across multiple internal and external projects

**Expected tasks:
- Create a variety of different deliverables including UI concepts, UI systems, wireframes, digital assets, UX artifacts (customer journeys, etc) and more.
- Ability to work on a variety of different projects concurrently and willingness to take on ad hoc tasks seamlessly, regardless of size.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams (both internal and external) to thoroughly grasp project requirements and deliver design assets that align with project goals.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops to understand customer and design needs as well as present concepts.
- Support sales and marketing teams in finessing pitch decks and sales materials.
- Work independently/autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely task completion.

Test UI designs post-development to ensure optimal experience for the user.

**WHAT ARE WE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Digital agency or consultancy experience is strongly preferred
- Current Australian resident that lives in Melbourne or surrounding suburbs
- Proficient with relevant design tools used by Revium, including Figm
