Role Overview: As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital banking experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to design and implement user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and objectives.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
