As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and intuitive designs that enhance their digital platforms and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify and translate user needs into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and guide development teams.
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and use data to inform design decisions.
- Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design solutions for complex problems.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
- Syd based no sponsorship.
