Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key tier 1 mining clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and product offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the mining sector.
- Identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings within existing accounts and develop new business within the mining industry.
- Work closely with technical teams to provide clients with tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Regularly visit client sites to maintain strong relationships, understand their operational needs, and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of conveyor belt systems and their applications in mining operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to client sites and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
