DXC Claims Management is excited to have commenced operations in NSW partnering with icare to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers in New South Wales.

With over 20 years’ experience in workers compensation claims management, a unique opportunity exists to join a new DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC’s claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.

The role of the Dispute Resolution Manager is to act as the representative for DXC throughout the conciliation process.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Dispute Resolution Manager or Officer (ideally from insurance, legal or works compensation background).

  • Strong experience in claims management in worker’s compensation schemes, particularly Case Management, Eligibility or Technical Management.

  • Strong working knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation Act 1987, Medical terminology and the icare scheme

  • Extremely high level of attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all privacy and records management requirements.

  • Intermediate computer literacy
