Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Incident Response specialist with Azure cloud security expertise, who is passionate about leading people. You’ll act as a technical cloud incident response expert, leading projects, and helping build out this technical team of analysts. This IR cloud security team empowers the cyber defence team to defend against, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents in the cloud. In this role, you’ll work closely with tech and engineering teams to strengthen the group’s cloud cyber security defense capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of incident response analysts, promoting a high-performing and collaborative work culture.
- Conduct investigations in Azure, using security tools to detect, triage and manage threats.
- Document strategies to identify, prevent, and respond to suspicious cloud activity.
- Support cloud incident response and remediation activities.
- Collaborate with teams to review and enhance security postures and controls in the cloud.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years in Incident Response or Detection and Response roles
- Hands-on experience with Azure security tech stack and tooling.
- Experience in large complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership or management experience, with a strategic mindset.
