The team is led by John Moran, who is an internationally recognised leader in cybersecurity and incident response, and has a strong focus on team culture and the personal development of all staff. In recent times, the team has advised on over 1500 incidents, including a number of the most high profile and complex incidents, both locally and globally.

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and progressive firm, helping to manage the lifecycle of a cyber incident, related investigations and litigation. A key component is providing crisis and reputational management services to our clients following a cyber incident or data breach, as well as excellent customer service, in a seamless and timely manner.

Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for customers experiencing a cyber incident or data breach, providing support promptly and efficiently through telephone and email communications. Additionally, managing the customer-facing breach response and crisis management for our clients from start to finish, including taking instructions and maintaining client files.

The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills. They will also possess a proven experience dealing with escalated, customer-facing issues, as well as experience handling a high caseload and working in a fast-paced environment.
