About the role:
Our client is the peak industry body for not-for-profit community housing providers in NSW. As the Administration Officer, you will be proactive in being responsible for providing assistance to the CEO, administration support across the organisation, reception, attending to the office environment.

Duties:

  • General administration support including reception duties
  • Provide support to the CEO and assist with diary and travel booking management
  • Answer queries by employees and client
  • Maintain office environment and equipment, liaising with suppliers
  • Assist with the coordination of events such as training, seminars, workshop, meetings, and conferences as required
  • Work closely with other teams to provide seamless administrative support and ensure efficient workflow
  • Provide regular and ongoing support working with Tenant Satisfaction Survey business including opening mail, scanning documents, and data entry

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years administration support experience
  • Good ability to work autonomously, proactive, self-directive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, and a professional manner
  • Excellent keyboard skills, literacy and numeracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using in MYOB highly desirable
  • Good work ethic and enjoys working within a small team
