As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organisation.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage the supply chain and procurement activities with 2 direct reports
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain and procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal levels and Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery to meet production needs.
  • Drive system transformation to MS Dynamics, ensuring a smooth transition and full integration across all relevant functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain and procurement management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems, with a track record of successful system transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, JIT principles, and procurement best practices.
  • Strong problem solving skills and commercial acumen
  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, commerce or similar discipline
