Responsibilities

Working within a challenging and fast paced role, you will be a vital team member, displaying an ability to work in a confident manner and providing excellent demonstrated Leadership skills.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing and controlling Inventory, facilitating solutions for the business unit;
  • Investigating & reporting on all stock discrepancies;
  • Proactively managing all Inventory related issues;
  • Reporting on results on a regular basis and preparing reports for calculating usage and performance Reconciliation reports;
  • Implementing programs to effectively meet customer requirements and service level agreements
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationship with customers.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience within a 3PL environment
  • Minimum 2 years' Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
  • Manhattan experience highly regarded
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Demonstrated people management experience
  • Solid people influencing skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with exceptional attention to detail
