ABOUT THE ROLE
Medical Administration Assistants will assist our Medical Coordinators in providing Defence candidates excellent service as they progress through the medical and psychological components of the Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) process.
Reporting to the DFR Team Lead Medical Coordinator, this Full-Time position is based in our Brisbane CBD Clinic, QLD.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Liaising with candidates Assisting in booking appointments Obtaining further medical evidence when required Managing the reminders for attendance of bookings Invoicing General administration including inbox managementCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
An eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients Experience working in a healthcare/medical setting Current Working With Children Check Hold or have the ability to maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security ClearanceWHY JOIN US?
