We're excited to invite an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the healthcare industry, driving market growth for essential lab products and disposable sharp containers.

In this pivotal role based at St Mary’s NSW, you'll craft and implement strategic sales initiatives, igniting market penetration and bolstering our presence in the healthcare supply chain solutions market. You'll foster a culture of innovation and excellence by guiding a team of dynamic professionals, including customer service leaders, business development managers, and technical specialists.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic sales plans targeting the healthcare industry, focusing on increasing market share for disposable sharp containers and essential lab products. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports, including the customer service team leader, business development manager, key account manager, and technical product specialist, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Foster and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical facilities, to drive sustainable business growth. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, leveraging existing networks and conducting thorough market research to uncover potential leads. Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to develop impactful sales materials and product presentations tailored specifically to the unique needs of the healthcare market. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting the healthcare sector, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular, comprehensive reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth within the healthcare segment. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills in contract discussions with clients, securing favourable terms and conditions that align with company objectives and priorities.

Market Insight: It is crucial that you know how to analyse industry trends and regulatory requirements. You seek to stay informed about market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.

Communication and Collaboration: You are an excellent verbal and written communicator. You convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively when collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.

Results-Driven: We seek someone who is driven by results and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You set your team's ambitious sales targets and KPIs and monitor performance closely to ensure objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
