Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage a team of EUC professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities for team members. Ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. End User Computing Expertise:
Oversee the delivery of EUC services including device management, software deployment, and IT support. Implement and maintain EUC solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and align with industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to end user computing. Project Management:
Manage EUC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for EUC services. Understand client requirements and provide tailored EUC solutions to meet their needs. Regularly review client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in end user computing. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the EUC space. Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in end user computing, with a proven track record in a leadership or management role. Extensive experience with workplace technologies and end user support. Telecommunication domain experience highly desirable. Skills:
Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong technical knowledge of EUC solutions, including device management, software deployment, and IT support. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels. Education:
