Customer Service Consultant

On Target Sporting Arms is a Brisbane based retail and wholesale business that focuses heavily on providing good old fashion customer service and professional advice to firearm industry customers Australia wide.
We’re looking for someone with:
Exceptional customer service skills: Our customers are our single most important asset
Absolute attention to detail: There is no margin for error in our industry when it comes to legislated reporting.
Our business operates Monday to Saturday and this position is a frontline retail position, and you will be required regularly to work Saturday shifts.
Job tasks and responsibilities: Our Staff provides friendly, personalised service to all customers.
Record all customer enquiries and follow them up regularly.
Process customer purchases on our integrated Point of Sale system
Maintain legislated registers and forms
Regular stock takes
Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
Provide professional and honest advice to customers
Pick, Pack, Wrap & Ship of Online and Phone Orders
Qualifications
All store employees must:
Hold (Or be in the process of obtaining) a current QLD Firearms Licence
Hold and maintain a current QLD Drivers Licence
Experience:
Retail sales and customer service experience is regarded highly
Knowledge: A sound understanding of firearm safety, firearm components and the various shooting disciplines exercised in Australia would be beneficial to all applicants.
Customer service focused: Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, in addition to maintaining Firearms Dealer's registers and associated records.
Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others in a positive manner as required.
Time management/organisation: Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
