About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in one of the most dynamic engineering fields of Fluid Power.

You will commence within the Customer Service Team which will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of business operations from the ground up.

Within the Customer Service Team you will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to Berendsen’s nationwide branch network.

As you develop into the role, there will be opportunities to grow with additional operational responsibilities.

Initially your tasks will include:

  • Provide internal support for the Sales Team by generating quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support across the national branch network.
  • Assist customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.

This can be either a part-time or full-time position and will be based in our Sydney Head Office, which is currently located in Seven Hills, but is soon relocating to Norwest. 

You will be joining a successful and supportive team, providing professional and friendly service to a range of customers and colleagues.
