**Fine Art Operations Coordinator
Are you a passionate and motivated individual with excellent logistics and customer service skills?

Due to internal growth within our Fine Arts division, we now have the perfect opportunity for a dedicated and organised individual who is looking for a challenge and wishing to contribute to the success of the organization.

**What will you be doing?**
- Maintaining operational efficiency from inception to completion for all managed moves.
- Assisting the customer service team with incoming and outgoing customer enquiries.
- Assisting the sales team during busy periods.
- Handling of all Grace Fine Art storage enquiries and accounts.
- Assisting in the administration of the branch and coordination of operational paperwork.
- Coordination of operational staff and daily warehouse and on-road work.
- Coordination and management of daily schedule ensuring up to date and comprehensive communication of information with customers.
- Managing operational delays and complications and communicate issues to customers.
- Assisting branch staff in supervision of warehouse, equipment, safety and compliance requirements.

**Ideally we are looking for**:

- Experience in an operational, customer service or logistics role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Resourceful and can-do attitude.
- Vision and drive to improve and streamline operational processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Knowledge or interest in the fine art world would be advantageous but not essential.
