Salary: range of $73,150 to $75,000

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. This role requires a results-driven individual who excels in creating innovative strategies to engage customers and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identifying market opportunities and developing marketing plans and strategies.

·        Conducting research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.

·        Planning and executing advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.

·        Collaborating with internal teams to develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media posts.

·        Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

·        Coordinating and managing promotional events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.

·        Advising on and developing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

·        Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Key Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·        A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.

·        Proven experience of 2 years in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.

·        Strong knowledge of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing tools.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

·        Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when solving problems.

·        Fluent in English.
