About the role

You’ll play a meaningful role in helping to build, maintain and improve the suite of applications that power our retail operations. Developing intuitive, clean, efficient, and robust technical solutions that support and delight our customers, will support us to achieve our growth targets. As a senior member of the engineering team we would love for you to share your engineering knowledge and help to mentor more junior members of the team.

About you

Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Software Engineer; which includes hands on experience with AWS, Java/Kotlin, Microservices, event driven architecture and databases You’re a critical thinker who understands complex business logic and can convey this in simple terms with solutions You enjoy working with agile ways of working Experiencing working as a mentor or coach, whether in professional or personal setting Good listening and communication skills, and able to share constructive feedback An inquisitive nature that helps to challenge established ways of doing business, to achieve the best outcomes at Reece
