About the Role
Develop, manage and lead the team, enabling our Community Development Program (CDP) participants and other community members to pursue and achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and increase the support to access all opportunities available within community.
This position is based in our Darwin Support Office. Travel will be required in this role to remote Indigenous Communities with overnight stays.
Responsibilities
Relevant experience and qualifications in CDP or human services. Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience. Track record of successful CDP operation management. Commitment to continuous improvement and project management. Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework. Analytical and problem-solving skills with risk management expertise. Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery.
