About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent  Key Customer Relations Lead . This role is responsible for working closely with our critical customers, leading incident management customer communication, and implementing Logan Water’s Water Security program. This position reports directly to the Water Customer Advocacy & Experience Program Leader and is a critical part of our Customer Advocacy group.

Working closely with our critical customers including large commercial business, health providers, and influential stakeholders, the successful candidate will need to seeking opportunities to help both Logan Water and these groups achieve their business goals.

This role will require the successful candidate to develop and nurture strong working relationships with our elected members, finding avenues to leverage their connection with our communities to engage and educate residents on all water and wastewater topics.

It is a varied role - visiting a major business to discuss upcoming works, working with our elected members on possible engagement opportunities, and connecting internally within Logan Water on strategic planning initiatives are all likely activities on any given day.

About you

The successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, negotiating successful outcomes, and demonstrate strong relationship management experience. A knowledge of the water industry would be preferable however those with significant business to business account management skills are encouraged to apply.

You will bring experience in creating long lasting relationships that ensure customer service and service quality expectations are being met. The ability to manage small projects will be important for success, as will outstanding time management and organisational skills.
