Are you a deeply committed relationship builder from the finance space who’s capable of assisting customers with a ‘customer-centric’ ethos? In this role you’ll be supporting activities across a variety of financial products whilst also speaking directly with investors and borrowers.

This role is administrative, operational with a large component of direct client contact. We are looking for a passionate relationship builder who holds their administrative work to the highest standard.

The Role:

  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and ongoing management processes for all clients 
  • Manage investor pipeline from origination to onboarding 
  • Accurate data input, analysis and reporting
  • Educate on financial products and manage customer enquiries 
  • Develop relationships with a wide spread of clients

About You:

  • Familiarity with Australian investment alternatives, with a preference for RG146 compliance.
  • Experience in financial services or related sectors, including client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in managing deal processes from initiation to documentation and onboarding new customers.
  • Strong acumen in data input and management and superstar communication skills.
  • Strong written skills, self-motivation and drive.
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree's advantageous but not required.
