What you will be doing:
As part of our growing team, you will support the end to end retail recruitment needs of Spotlight, Anaconda or Harris Scarfe for a variety of store roles.
Manage end to end high volume candidate applications and enquiries Advertise, phone screen and shortlist applications for our retail store positions Arrange interviews, complete reference checks Send out and follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process Providing ongoing candidate care as required Database management - ensuring candidate records are updatedAbout You:
Prior experience working in a fast-paced volume recruitment position Must have good Stakeholder Management skills and be able to effectively collaborate with hiring managers Have strong administration and customer service skills Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word and ability to navigate multiple systems - PageUp experience desirable but not essential Retail experience desirable High level attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat’s in it for you?
