Key responsibilities
Develop visual/graphical representations of business processes to facilitate common understanding and enable decision making Manage and contribute to the definition of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvement Contribute to the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools, to meet overall business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups Lead and plan business process improvement activities to analyse business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions which exploit new technologies and automation Contribute to the development of organisational capabilities for business process improvement and ensures adoption and adherence to policies and standards. Provides strategic, financial and operational feedback on the process performance of the organization to inform management and other stakeholders.About You
You must be able to demonstrate a strong background in RTR processes and solid SAP FICO knowledge to be able to success in this role.
In addition;
Experience in Business Process Management, Project Management & Compliance roles The ability to work across multiple functions with competing priorities Ability to write clear and concise instructional aids to stakeholders Capability to design end-to-end processes & manage their effective roll-out, considering potential flow-on effects & mitigate associated risks Demonstrated high-level analytical skills, with experience solving complex problems & utilise critical thinking to make well-judged decisions
