About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior AdminClerk to join our team in Warwick Farm working in ourPre-Delivery Department.

As an Admin Clerk, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge,working in a team environment with great customer serviceskills.

Responsibilities:

Answering the phone and responding to basic customerenquiries;Attending and assisting with reception duties;Providing assistance with filing, photocopying, scanning anddata entry;Maintaining the office including general tidying andmaintenance;Other similar duties to support the administration team asrequired

Requirements for the role will involve thefollowing:

Full work rights in AustraliaAn ability to engage with and provide excellent customerservice to our clients.Basic Microsoft Office computer skills with a willingness toimprove and learn on this skillset.A willingness to learn our processes and procedures, andcompany systems.An ability to organise and prioritise your daily tasks.A willingness to help your teammates and work as part of aclose-knit team.An understanding of the importance of maintainingconfidentiality and privacy at all times.
