ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Retail Co-Store Manager of our Carousel store, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. This role requires someone with experience in managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, leading a top-performing, A-grade store. You’ll coach, develop, and provide feedback to your team to maximize every sales opportunity.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be a sales-driven leader who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for every Peter Alexander customer. You must be available to work during peak trade periods, including Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday. This is a full-time position, which will also require availability on weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a safe working environment for your team and customers.
  • Step in as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing the store.
  • Manage daily stock to minimize losses and maximize sales.
  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail management role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and give constructive feedback.
  • A passion for delivering a genuine and unique customer experience.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
