About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our Team. Key Duties will include:

  • Ensure the timely completion of month-end and year-end financial statement preparation with commentaries for the group (5 Companies).
  • Responsible for payroll processing, journals and recs
  • Responsible for balance sheet rec including bank rec.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow and forecast cash flow.
  • Preparation and lodgment of BAS, FBT, PAYG tax and Superannuation submission.
  • Manage Fixed Asset.
  • Support external tax accountant on all tax matters.
  • Monitor trade facilities and banking matters.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Responsible for managing Credit card and Insurance matters.
  • Assist budgeting and forecasting.
  • Implement financial controls.
  • Support in system integration and be the go-to person.
  • Support Group Financial Controller and managers in various analytics and projects.
