On behalf of Ideal Business Group a trusted and reputable accounting firm serving the financial needs of businesses in the Marrickville NSW 2204 area, we are conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled Information and Organisation Professional.

**Current Opening**:
This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Collect historical data spanning different time periods (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) to identify trends and patterns.
- Utilise mathematical and statistical techniques to analyse client information, sales trends, economic data, etc. to inform decision-making processes.
- Regularly analyse service performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, optimise service delivery processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interpret analysis results to derive actionable insights and recommendations and organise findings in reports, presentations or executive summaries for dissemination to key stakeholders.
- Provide context and background information to help readers understand the significance of the findings and highlight key insights and actionable takeaways for decision-makers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data management policies and procedures governing the collection, organisation, processing and sharing of information and data.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing organisational policies and methods based on analysed data and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Provide advice on streamlining business processes, modifying organisational structure, automating tasks and improving overall operational efficiency.
- Recommend improvements to client communication protocol, such as optimising client onboarding processes, enhancing client engagement approaches and improving internal communication channels to foster collaboration and information sharing.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Information and Organisation Professional
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to excellence

**Salary**:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $75,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
