  • Demonstrate strong leadership by mentoring and developing team members, setting clear goals, and ensuring alignment with the Office’s strategic priorities.

About You:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with

  • A degree in political science, economics, business administration, or a related field.

  • A strong understanding of local government functions and political processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in preparing speeches, briefings, and strategic reports.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the City of Parramatta's growth and success.
