About You :

  • Bachelor/Certificate of marketing/digital design or equivalent work experience

Position Summary :

As the graphic and content designer you will be in charge of creating beautiful, creative, and innovative designs and content. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that content and designs are created to engage and capture the customers attention and build loyalty and engagement.

Key Requirements :

  • Have at least 2 years experience pushing boundaries with design
  • Understanding of web, social media, catalogue, HTML, and basic UI/UX design
  • A deep understanding of current online advertising standards and trends
  • An eye for typography and taking pride in the small details
  • Understand the online dynamics of a products-based business and be able to drive improvement
  • InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience etc.
  • Excellent portfolio management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven history of reliability, discipline and accountability to the rest of your team
  • Have web content management & developer skills OR the ability to manage and communicate with those who do have these skills
  • Must always be curious and eager to learn new techniques, tools, and technologies in order to remain best practice
  • Should have some experience and understanding of SEO

Job Responsibility :

  • Drive & design internal and external graphical communication and content for web, social media, catalogues and signage
  • Work closely with team members and external contacts to maximize, improve and implement our online marketing strategy
  • Maintain our in-house dta files, ensuring our products are discoverable, desirable and ready for use
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with the marketing team
  • Able to make recommendations based on current online and digital trends to the team to ensure best practices adhered to
  • Ensure that all performance indicator measurements are met
  • Inspire to create content that move and engage at all levels
