Created by store design experts Cardy Papa UK our new store reflects all the things we love – more opportunities to visually showcase our brand story and vision, a bigger and better beauty space and fantastic new fashion departments.

We are currently looking for our next Flagship Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager

As Store Manager, your role involves: 

Whilst every day will be different, your key responsibilities will include driving sales on the shop floor, leading and managing a dynamic team to deliver amazing customer service and ensuring the Sportsgirl brand standards are upheld in our amazing new store.

  • Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to optimise sales results.
  • Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge and up to date styling advice.
  • Creating an environment of trust, confidence, and respect in-store whilst also inspiring, coaching, and supporting the growth of the team members.
  • Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.
  • Handling all administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.

As Assistant Store Manager, your role involves:

We are looking for an amazing Assistant Store Manager to work with the Flagship Store Manager to ensure our customer experience is world-class and our brand standards are upheld in this fast-paced environment

  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, stepping in to manage operations in their absence.
  • Inspiring, coaching, and fostering the growth of the in-store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge and up to date styling advice.
  • Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.
