About the Project
Parklife Metro JV is leading a transformative Metro project connecting St Marys to Bradfield, linking with the new Western Sydney Airport that is currently under construction. This joint venture with Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild aims to deliver 6 new stations, 12 metro trains, core rail systems, and a state-of-the-art stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.

The Opportunity:
As a Service Desk Officer, you will be responsible to maintain and administer IT infrastructure, systems, software, applications across the project. 
This is a 9-month temporary contract role and will be based primarily out in Western Sydney (St Marys / Orchard Hills) with travel to sites along the alignment (St Marys - Bradfield) when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage, assignment and fulfilment of service requests and incidents     
  • User onboarding/deboarding          
  • Asset allocation and stock management for both software and hardware          
  • Responsible for authoring of technical and user documentation          
  • Daily administration of O365 suite, Intune and Azure services    
  • Ensuring compliance with IT and IS policies and procedures
  • Day to Day user support on project

Criteria:

  • Experience with Microsoft365 and Azure administration    
  • Understanding of Infrastructure technologies such as networking, storage and computing    
  • Teamwork    
  • Ability to liaise with people on both a technical and non-technical level    
  • Good communication and outstanding customer service skills    
  • Ability to be dynamic, self-motivated and work on own using own initiative is essential
