Senior Property Manager

Job Description Summary

As a Senior Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring superior service, compliance, and adherence to budget and business plans.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the daily property management of a portfolio of properties, managing each to the very highest standards and in accordance with the prevailing Management Agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage properties to the highest professional standards, adhering to key performance indicators and Management Agreements.

  • Improve asset capital value and seek client instructions.

  • Ensure compliance with Risk Management processes, lease administration, and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate data and documentation, review rent collections, and manage lease renewals.

  • Conduct tenant communications, oversee tenant insurance and bank guarantees, and coordinate client meetings.

  • Control property operating costs, approve payments, and develop client property budgets.

  • Prepare and issue monthly property management reports and financial packs.

  • Collaborate with the State Director on new business initiatives.

  • Identify and nurture potential client relationships to secure future opportunities.

  • Promote a cross-sell approach to maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of similar experience.

  • Agents' Representative accreditation for WA.

  • Possess real estate license and a Full Driver’s License.

  • Experience in MRI property management software is desirable

  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.

  • Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.

  • Experience in accrual accounting is highly desirable and considered valuable.
